Custom Stainless Paring Knife

This blade profile started as a custom knife for a customer, but I like the design so much that I made 2 more.   These are AEB-L stainless steel and are very lightweight due to the hidden tang design.  The blade is secured into the stabilized handle with a pin.  The TruStone Sonoran Sunset spacer adds an elegant accent to a sleek, useful knife. The oval handle is stabilized maple burl with black Richlite enclosing the TruStone spacer.  The octagon handle is stabilized curly birch with thin G10 spacers housing the TruStone spacer sporting a stainless steel bolster.
