Sidekick EDC - Damascus

This is a variation of the Premier EDC design, but I made it with a slightly longer handle and longer blade.  This is a Damascus steel blade created by forge welding 1084 and 15N20 (both are high carbon steels).  The pattern is brought out by etching in a ferric chloride solution.  Very much like a fingerprint, these patterns vary from blade to blade.  This one is sporting Bocote wood for the handle and a more traditional vertical carry sheath. If you're looking for a slightly bigger version of the Premier EDC, this is it.  Overall Length:  8.9" Weight:  5.4 oz.
