Patron bodhisattva of Tibet, Avalokiteshvara or Chenrezig is depicted with a thousand arms representing his ability to assist a myriad of sentient beings, and a thousand eyes indicating his ability to see all of the world's suffering. The five Dyhani Buddhas are depicted above:  Vairocana, Aksobhya, Amitabha, Ratnasambhava, and Amoghasiddhi and represent the five primordial awarenesses. Depicted below are Manjushri, and Vajrapani which form a triad with Avalokitshvara symbolizing wisdom, power, and compassion are all essential for enlightenment. Avalokiteshvara's mantra is 'Om Mani Padme Hum'.
