Unlimited communication with Coach Kristen via email. Mid-week and weekend emails from Coach Kristen. Input, testing protocol, and feedback to build your unique nutrition and hydration plan from a certified nutritionist (yep, Coach Kristen) Support and direction around integrated strength, mobility and agility. In addition to being an RRCA Certified Running Coach and UESCA Certified Ultra Running Coach, Coach Kristen DiFate is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and is a
