Limited-Edition Print o f 350 (13x19) prints Signed and numbered by the Artist.  In 1981, Roland Leong hired second generation FC pilot Mike Dunn, to shoe his latest "King's Hawaiian Bread" entree. Before the year was out, Mike had won his first race as a Professional Driver at the  "Golden Gate Nationals" in Fremont California.  In this painting, we see Mike earlier in the year, in Gainesville Florida. He heats the hides, to take on rival Gary Burgin's "Orange Baron" Mustang, in the far lane . Mike would later beat Gary in the Finals in Fremont for the Golden Gate National title.. I did this painting as a tribute to my late great friend Tom Stratton, the legendary painter who painted the Hawaiian. I believe this car had all hand painted decals. Tom would have to paint smaller versions of the decals so they would fit in the allotted space.
