*QM EXCLUSIVE Queens International is a salute to one of the most diverse urban spaces in the world. This second iteration of Queens International celebrated the richness of art born in the borough, and signified a shift in the Museum’s mission to address the idiosyncrasies of the building ad site overall. Featuring 52 artists ranging in age from 24 to 97 years old, Queens International 2004 represented a rapidly evolving and vibrant artistic community. Five continents, with innumerable cultures and worldviews, are featured, offering a cornucopia of the cosmopolitan..
