Fall Funfetti Gooey Cookie - Limited Edition

Next-level super chunky Gooey Cookie made with generous chunks and puddles of our housemade caramelized white chocolate, white chocolate chips, organic veggie-dyed sprinkles, and of course, veggies. But we wanted to add a cozy fun spin to this favorite cookie by adding a little pumpkin, a little Fall sweet potato and warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg. It tastes like everything we love about a funfetti cake... the vanilla, sprinkles but like it’s wearing a cozy sweater. Our caramelized white chocolate is slowly roasted in the oven for a few hours and watchfully mixed until is is a golden, rich, river. We then cut it into bars and use for these cookies.
