Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vintage: 2022 Vineyards of Origin: Valle de Guadalupe and Ojos Negros. Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels. ABV: 13.4 %. Tasting notes  It is a wine of high intensity and a deep ruby-red color. The nose is frank and of high intensity. Black fruits such as plums, black cherries, raspberry and dark currant, along with floral tones of lavender, violets and fine aromatic herbs. Balsamic tones of eucalyptus and mint. Scents of cocoa and spice such as pepper & vanilla accompany smooth and refined oak notes. The aromas are elegant and of high-quality. The mouthfeel confirms the fruity aromas. The tannins are firm, ripe and rounded. Full-bodied, expressive and with a long finish. It has a very good structure and potential for cellaring. Food pairings: Excellent choice for meats such as Rib Eye, tomahawk, pork ribs, T-bone steak, baked leg, pork belly and intense flavored dishes, among others.
