Released 2016 - 35% ABV, 70 Proof- 50 ml, 375 ml, 750 ml We use over 2 pounds of real pears in every bottle. We use Bartlett and Bosc pears, which lend an intense aroma, subtle sweetness and floral fruitiness. This infusion tastes exactly like biting into a juicy pear. Sweet but not overpowering. Notes of honeysuckle and vanilla round out this complex infusion.
