Raspberry jam, peach compote, and a subtle hint of citrus fruit and a hint of salinity on the finish. This is a great choice for full-bodied white wine drinkers who want to try an orange wine! WINEMAKING NOTES: The Pinot Gris, saw 22 days of skin contact and co-fermented (w/ all grapes) in stainless steel.
