REGION: Willamette Valley, Oregon COUNTRY: USA GRAPES: 50% Gewurztraminer, 28% Pinot Gris, 12% Riesling, 5% Muscat, and 5% Pinot Blanc BODY: Full ABV: 12.8% Stone fruit potpourri, racy acidity with a sprinkle of molten salt and structure from skin contact. Raspberry jam, peach compote, and a subtle hint of citrus fruit and a hint of salinity on the finish. This is a great choice for full-bodied white wine drinkers who want to try an orange wine! WINEMAKING NOTES:  The Pinot Gris, saw 22 days of skin contact and co-fermented (w/ all grapes) in stainless steel. Residual Sugar: 20g/l PAIRS WELL WITH: ceviche, light fish preparations, lunchtime salads, or aged cheeses.
