Dark red in color, it is an expressive Port with great character. WINEMAKER NOTES: Practicing organic, hand harvested, foot trodden in lagares (low stone troughs) prior to fermentation. Aged in large wooden vats for an average of three years. PAIRS WELL WITH: Serve after a meal, by itself or with soft cheese.
