A quick-connect adapter allows you to easily disconnect the gun from the air hose without having to pull and tug on the hose itself. You simply pull downwards on the bottom of the quick-connect adapter, and it will release easily from the gun. If you have either the Royale Max or the Royale Mini (black airbrush systems) and you want an extra gun to use with it, you will want to purchase a quick-connect gun.
