Suitable for framing.]  The State of Missouri To all whom these presents shall come – Greeting: Know ye that there has been deposited in the Office of the Register of Lands of said state, an abstract of the sale of Township School Lands in the county of Audrain whereby it appears, that in pursuance of the several acts of the General Assembly of said state, providing for the sale of the Township School Lands, R.W. Sinclair, became the purchaser of the South west quarter of the south west quarter of section sixteen in Township fifty two of Range eight containing Forty acr
