All empanadas by the half dozen are baked and only one flavor. Comes with three paired 2oz sauces or substitute with sauce of choice. FOR CATERING ORDERS ONLY Traditional Beef Empanada: Ground beef seared and seasoned with Puerto Rican sofrito, olives and tomato sauce. Comes with Chimichurri Sauce or MayoKetchup.Chicken Empanada: Chunks of chicken seasoned with Puerto Rican sofrito, olives and olive oil in a flaky crust. Comes with MayoKetchup.Cheese Empanada: A blend of Mozzarella, Swiss and Cheddar cheeses melted in a flaky crust. Comes with Maple Syrup. Sweet Potato Empanada: Sweet Potato Mash blended with cinnamon, brown sugar and spices in a flaky crust.
