It is COMPLETE. The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, and some light creases along the long side edges and a couple on the front face. The back left edge has clear box tape sealing up that flap. The board looks good and it assembles fine. The Cards have some play wear, but look good and lay flat. All the pieces look good.
