The cards are in their original factory sealed plastic. It was missing the original instructions, but some will be included so the game can be played. It has everything needed to play. The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, there is a piece of clear box tape running vertically down the back of the box. The tape wraps up onto the right and left edges of the lid as well.
