Agate Creek Agate comes from the premier locality for agates in Australia. This polished specimen has a waxy outer exterior in grey-blue, with banded agate in blue, white, orange, yellow, and a little bit of red. the specimen has water-level banding towards the top of the specimen, as well as inclusions in the bottom of the specimen. 8.2cm x 4.9cm polished surface2.5cm thick 2.5oz Agate Creek Agate, also commonly called Queensland Agate, comes from an area in the north of Queensland, Australia, where several creeks come to a head. Naturally weathered agates can be found in gravel beds or soil fields, and several deposits produce nodules through hand-digging.
