Classic Venetian-Style Goblet

This goblet is one of Jen's favorites. It's simple and lovely, featuring some Venetian techniques in their purest form, such as the tulip-shaped cup, avolio, and blown stem. Eben calls this elegant kind of stem the "chicken leg." This goblet also features a traditional blown foot with a turned under edge, which makes an otherwise thin, delicate foot stronger. This goblet was created on May 7 2024. It measures 8" tall and 3 1/4" wide. It comes in a custom-made wooden box to help protect it when it is not in use or displayed.
