Essentials of Diagnosis of Diseases of the Skin by Isadore Dyer PHD School of Medicine at Tulane University. Notes are written throughout the 32 page book. This is New Orleans Doctor Jules B. Rateau's copy as a young medical student, with his ownership inscription at head of cover wrap, with annotations throughout. It's in really good condition for it's age (see photos).  Dr. Dyer was a specialist on leprosy and instrumental in founding the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital at Carville, La. I don't see any dates in the book but based on Dr. Dyer's tenure, the book had to have been created between 1908 - 1920 Free shipping! Please ask questions before you buy.
