I am offering an intuitive painting ritual to symbolically adorn the temple of your heart.  This ritual comes in the form of a video recording sent to you, so you will be able to do it in your own time as many times as you want. In that way it is both an individual and a collective experience. We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with our body and our heart. I will be sharing poetry throughout the ritual, and will direct a painting experience that will enable you to paint a symbolic representation of the temple of your heart.  This ritual will be something that you can take with you and perform any time that you feel called. It is a way for you to reclaim the ability to express and heal through deep creative expression.
