SOURDOUGH BREAD CLASS Saturday, April 22nd | 2-4pm $120 Per Person Hosted by Alena D'Elia & Aaron D’Elia   Join us for our Sourdough Bread Making Class! Receive hands-on instruction of how to make a sourdough bread loaf. What's Included: 2 Hour hands-on instruction Take home recipes & instructions Bread-rising banneton A take-home jarred starter Take home and bake loaf prepared during class. Bread, roasted garlic & olive oil dip tasting during class! Texting group post-class for additional support Additional Information: Instruction will include after class "homework" of finishing off your loaf at home. You will place your loaf in the fridge at about 8pm. Loaves will be ready to bake at home on Sunday at 8am! Cancellations will only be accepted 7 days before our class (4/18
