Learn how to make sausages with The Local Butcher Shop’s Sausage Makers! Each participant will make their own pork sausage. From grinding to mixing, recipes and proportions, to casings, you’ll learn, and then do it all yourself! And, you’ll go home with your creations—approximately 3 lbs. of pork sausage and 2 lbs. of merguez sausage! Inform The Local Butcher Shop of all food allergies two week prior to class.
