Located in Grand Isle, Vermont, Ellison Estate isknown for making natural wines from one of the oldest and largest single plantings ofgrapevines in the state. During this evening’s tasting, our guests will be able to enjoyfive incredible wines made with native yeast fermentations and minimal intervention and experience them as pure expressions of the Champlain Islands’ terroir.
