Dolfin Dark Chocolate with Shortbread and Sea Salt

A simple, sincere and comforting blend in which the dark chocolate subtly fades, giving way to a fondant sablé biscuit, followed by a hint of fleur de sel for the delicate final touch. One of our crowd favorites! Dolfin is a traditional Chocolatier founded in 1989 and based in Wauthier Braine, Belgium. They are known for the quality of the ingredients used to infuse the chocolate, which is characterized by a round smoothness. The Dolfin chocolate bar's quality is assured by sealing the chocolate in its own specially wrapped wallet. Ingredients: Chocolate liquor, sugar, shortbread 6% (wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), salt) cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, guerande salt .2%, natural vanilla flavoring.
