Hundred Suns Old Eight Cut Pinot Noir 2023

Black cherries, a hint of red currant, and a dusting of dark chocolate. Willamette Valley AVA. Produced and bottled by Hundred Suns Wine in McMinnville, OR. A note from the winemakers: A cool, damp spring in 2023 led to a late budbreak. Summertime temperatures quickly climbed, and we were able to harvest our collection of dry farmed vineyards in a perfect window from September 15th through the 23rd. Slow natural fermentations followed by aging on fine lees produced a wine with dark red fruit, incredible depth, and drinkability.
