Unearthed: A Workshop with Paige Geffen March 31 2-4:30 pm pt Highland Park  - participants will be emailed the address the Friday before In this workshop we will venture on an exploration of our physical surroundings in order to unearth the vastness that lies within our inner landscapes. Through this process, we can see where we may be projecting and seeking safety externally, so that we can instead lay bare our naked selves. Our "things" can then transform from symbols of identity to tools for connection. We will learn, through animating our objects, how to be present and embodied in order to integrate our intentions into tangible and tactile practice.  Through exercises and discussion, we will dive into our relational history with our spaces and objects from childhood until now. I will then guide the group in a visual meditation, which will reveal from the subconscious what is yearning to be expressed in waking life.
