
Breath Work
Breath Work - we all know of its importance and value, but many of us avoid the work or do not know how to implement proper breathing mechanics. Stress, underlying health issues, cardiovascular health, posture, allergies, environment all can negatively impact our breath. Our breath is a form of excretion for our body, when we have poor breathing mechanics it is another way to allow for toxins and cellular debris to "clog" us up. Diaphragmatic breathing, nasal breathing, breath holding are a few popular techniques. All of them have their specific benefits but there are a few nuanced details that go into each and plenty of other drills that can improve breathing mechanics. This program will improve overall tone in the body, lower stress, lower breaths per minute, provide techniques to implement into training.
