Rare NWOT (New without tags) Anthropologie "Twinkle Bands Top" in Silver by Splendid is a light gray striped tunic with cap sleeves, a scoop neck, banded waist, and metallic threads woven throughout the gray and silver stripes. Semi-sheer, so a camisole or similar garment underneath is recommended. Rayon/spandex blend. New without tags and never worn. Rare and hard to find, it's a classic and vintage Anthropologie piece!
