It’s made with Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jalapeño, chipotle peppers and just the right amount of all the right seasonings to create a balanced, spicy queso dip. Ideal with crisp tortilla chips, fresh veggies, homemade fajitas, tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas, this chile queso can even be added to mashed potatoes!
