White Sage Wand

A white sage wand can be used to cleanse, balance, or purify yourself, others, a room, a car, crystals, or other objects. To Smudge - Light bundle or leaves, set the lit sage before you in a heat resistant place. Rub your hands in the smoke, gather the smoke and bring it over yourself as if washing your body. To Smudge a Building or Room - Begin at the front door, open a door or window a crack and move counterclockwise around the entire room or dwelling circling back to the front door.
