The Double Chalice Bowl: G4/D5

Introducing the G/4D5 Double Chalice Bowl This Double Chalice Bowl features a pairing of G4 and D5.  The G4 bowl, 5.2-5.5 inches in diameter, delivers a stable, resonant tone with strong presence and moderate sustain. It sits firmly in the middle range, providing a clear and grounded anchor. The D5 bowl, at 4.5 inches, brings an upper-register brilliance, creating a wide harmonic spread when played together. This G4/D5 interval is open and energizing. It has more lift than our lower fifths (like C/G or E/B), yet retains all the consonant stability that makes the perfect fifth such a foundational musical relationship. The two tones lock easily, producing natural harmonic reinforcement and a gentle pulsing effect that can be felt as much as heard. Each bowl is hand-forged from bell metal bronze in Kathmandu and chosen individually for pitch purity and resonance. Bowls ship directly from Nepal within one week of purchase. Includes a striker.
