Each of the 12 Emerald Bowls made is approximately 8 inches in diameter — this bowl produces a grounded, pulsing tone when struck on its side and a clear, bell-like rim tone with extraordinary sustain. The surface shows traditional hammer marks lightly, and the interior features a soft golden bloom at its center, while the outer rim is thick and responsive—designed for confident playing and resonant tone release. The bowl's fundamental note is a deep, sustained third octave tone, with clear overtones present at the same time.  Primary Perceived Tone, as bowl is played around the rim is centered between 470–480 Hz as you play around the rim — this is what your ear notices most, sitting at the peak of the bowl’s harmonic center.
