Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic does not undergo the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The result is crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. Notes: Fresh subacid flavor of a juicy white peach with the tartness of white balsamic. Twists: Extremely adaptable with any of our infused or fused oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. One of our favorite matches is pairing it with Green Chile Fused Olive Oil.
