"Flamingo Fun" Original

Original painting by Kimberly Sumerel Medium: Acrylic on canvas. Size: 36 x 12  x .05. Sides painted. Art sealed. Note:  My first real and up close experience seeing a Flamingo was at Sea World in Florida years ago. I was in the Entertainment Department at the time and many an early morning when I would arrive, I would walk pass the Flamingo exhibit and admire the beauty and color of these birds. They were very vocal and acted as if they didn't have a care in the world. I have often admired other artists who have portrayed them in paintings and wondered what their inspiration was for painting them. Mine was simple! I already had too many fish paintings! :-) P.S. I have lightly dotted the painting in a few small areas with tiny gold acrylic paint dots to add a light shine to the painting.
