Resmed AirSense 10 FOR HER With AUTOSET & Heated Humidifier - Auto CPAP Machine Package The difference between the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto and the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto For Her is the Auto For Her has a special autoset algorithm that is designed specifically for women. Women tend to have smaller lung capacity than men which makes their breathing slightly more shallow. Many women do fine on the regular Airsense 10 Auto while other women prefer to stick with the Auto For Her machine. CONDITION: We have brand new machines and Lightly used machines with less than 1000 hours(less than 4 months of use) and we have very used machines with 1000 - 10,000 hours.
