This is the standard Resmed Airsense 10 - not the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto. The only difference between the standard and auto is the standard does not have autoset. The machine functions perfectly as a standard cpap machine and it will even come programmed with EPR turned on - which allows you to exhale comfortably without the machine constantly blowing on you. If you cannot afford the Airsense 10 Auto, then this machine is a perfect alternative. Many people refer to this machine as the 'Fixed Pressure' CPAP because it is fixed at one pressure.
