Respironics REMstarAuto M Series with A-Flex - Auto CPAP Machine Package If you are on a tight budget and cannot afford one of the more updated CPAPs, such as the next generation up - the Resmed S9 Auto CPAP machine, or the most recent generation and up-to-date Resmed Airsense 10 Auto CPAP machine, then this M Series Auto CPAP may be right for you. Even though this is an older generation CPAP machine, it comes with the A-flex which allows the machine to take the pressure off of you during the exhale. That way, the machine is not constantly blowing on your face like the older generation CPAP machines. We have turned the C-Flex on for you so you will sleep much more comfortably.
