The Brahman Hump / "Cupim" is one of the rarest cuts of beef, designed for those who truly savor unique dining experiences. A true rarity since there is only 2 available per animal. Also considered a delicacy in many South American countries. * Please note, cut weights vary from 2 to 4 pounds. Our Cupim’s are out most popular cut. We restock typically every other Tuesday. They sell out very quickly. We do not maintain a waiting list. The best option to learn when we restock is to join our email list. Emails are sent when they are restocked.
