First, the proportions are almost exact, so it's almost a perfect triangle, then on the corners, instead of it being a sharp corner, it's actually a triangle shape - you can see it in the images, it's very cool. The sides are very smooth and exact. Meanwhile, the center of the stone has a smattering of little wisps of gray that almost look like a painting. These are just chemicals or matter that were trapped in the diamond during formation millions of years ago, and are decorating it to this day.
