Learn the ins and outs of the often-mysterious process of chocolate tempering in this hands-on class in Charlotte, NC. Chef Bill will guide you through the science behind cocoa butter crystal formations and teach you how to successfully temper chocolate at home. You'll hand-temper chocolate at least twice during this interactive workshop as we help you master the technique. Then, use your tempered chocolate to dip treats, fill molds, and craft your own bon bon shells. You’ll leave with your delicious creations and a new level of chocolate-making knowledge!Level: Beginner Maximum Attendance: 6 participants Cost: $85 per person Time: 2:00 PM (120 minutes) Ticketing Information Events and classes are refundable up to 4 days before the class/event.
