*BACK IN STOCK JUNE 1, 2024* Artemis 1 launched from the Kennedy Space Center Complex 39B at 1:45 AM EST on November 16, 2022 and made a successful return to Earth on December 11th at 9:40 AM PST. Following a series of set-backs and rescheduled launch dates, it was a record-breaking return to lunar exploration for NASA. Within 12 days, the Orion was deeper into space than any returning human-sustaining spacecraft had ever gone before, maxing out at 268,563 miles from Earth.
