I can hear it now - the whimsical music notes, the hustle and bustle, the cobblestone road, the magic in each window shop! The sweet warmth of its buttery-vanilla butterscotch dough, pockets of butterscotch chips, and scattering of English toffee bits will leave your mouth in awe.
