How the Whale Got His Throat by Rudyard Kipling is a hardcover book published by Addison Wesley, (unsure what date published) illustrated by Don Madden.  The dust jacket has a tear to the upper spine and general shelf wear and closed tears but else intact.  The book is clean, the binding is tight and appears to have not been opened.  The condition is very good. Book Summary It is a pleasure to introduce a new edition of the very first of Kipling's Just So Stories, How the Whale Got His Throat, and this is a very good place to start if you wish to publish new editions of these marvelous tales.  Kipling must have thought highly of it to place it ahead of all the other Just So Stories, and we think highly of it.
