A vibrant and cheerful porcelain lidded box shaped like a basket of red strawberries. The basket measures 7 1/2" across the gold embossed basket base, 5 3/4" wide, and 6 1/4" tall. The bottom is marked ""Made in Italy S 6311." There is some age-related crazing to the glaze and some nicks to the delicate "grass" and some stem loss on some of the strawberries, but overall the basket is in good original condition.
