Quaker Turtles

(suggested retail price: $18) Each of these four little turtles is a unique needlework "treasure"-a needlebook, a pincushion, a pocket, or a scissors weight. Both the upper and lower shells feature a Quaker motif. You can store or transport your Quaker Turtles in a basket like the one we used from Old Colonial Designs. The model was cross stitched over one linen thread on 32 count Olive Green linen from Zweigart using Weeks Dye Works threads. Wool felt from Weeks Dye Works was used for assembly.
