Adrienne Pearson will be here teaching a hands On sourdough class. You will learn care instructions for your starter, how to prepare your dough, different techniques for stretching it, and how to score your dough. You will take home your own starter and guided booklet. For an Additional $50 fee you will receive a kit with things you will use to create dough and bread. There will be other supplies to purchase at additional cost.
