AFFORDABLE - The Tib Solo is perfect for isolating each side during your tibilalis and ankle training. You may know it as the kneesovertoesguy DIY Iso Tib. While this originally started as a DIY project, I've made the Tib Solo available for purchase to better serve the ATG community as well as those just looking for an affordable way to properly train and isolate their tibialis and ankles. ADJUSTABLE FOR ALL SHOE SIZES AND TYPES - The Tib Solo has adjustable sliding foot grips that will secure your foot while doing tib raises and ankle circles. The Tib Solo is not designed for barefoot use and should always be used with shoes and with the foot grip angled away from you. 50 LB TESTED - The Tib Solo has been tested up to 50 lbs. Most isolation exercises will require much lighter weight as there is an instability factor which makes it significantly more challenging than the 2 footed Tib Blaster.
