WHY IS THIS WATCH IMPORTANT The Seamaster is the longest-running product line still produced by Omega. It was introduced in 1948 and was loosely based upon designs made for the British Royal Navy towards the end of World War II. The original Seamaster's key feature was an O-ring gasket used to provide its waterproof seal. Here we have a MUSEUM QUALITY piece, is like traveling back to the 50s and walking into an Omega store. This particular piece offers a white and bright honeycomb dial, with applied gold logo and heated blue seconds hand, all these housed on an unmolested 14kr yellow gold case. Another interesting detail is the gold applied numbers at 3, 6, 9, and 12. The watch was never serviced and was only worn to take some pictures, is as new-old-stock as it gets.  CONDITION This watch is in museum quality condition, the case is unpolished and sharp on the edges, there is a very small nick on the top right lug almost unperceivable. There are minor marks on the back of the lugs prob
