Seneca Lake, New York. 100% Riesling | Practicing Sustainable A textured and expressive Riesling from Lahoma Vineyard, blending fruit from Long Rows, the Pentecostal Block, and The Knoll. This vintage saw a cold soak on the skins for 3–5 days before a slow two-month fermentation using a mix of native and Epernay II yeasts in both neutral oak and stainless steel. Aged on the lees until February 2025 for added complexity, then lightly filtered and bottled. Dry in style (4 g/L RS), with racy acidity, delicate aromatics, and a layered palate of citrus, stone fruit, and gentle spice. A Finger Lakes standout—structured, precise, and seriously drinkable.
