Named for Clovis, the OG King of the Franks (his royal mug's on the label), this Côtes du Rhône is a gentle, fruit-forward take on the southern Rhône classic. Sourced from Remi Pouizin’s organic farm in Visan—plus a few trusted neighbors—this blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Carignan is all about soft tannins, red cherry fruit, and just the right amount of spice. Fermented with native yeast, aged 6 months in steel and concrete, and made with a delicate hand in the cellar, it’s medium-bodied, smooth, and ready to rule your dinner table.
